摘要 针对轿车空调用冷凝器的特点,在平行流冷凝器数学模型的基础上,建立了综合考虑换热器体积和阻力的性能评价因子,并将遗传算法引入平行流冷凝器的结构优化中,该方法通过将冷凝器的结构参数转化为遗传算法中染色体,通过种群进化实现换热器结构的优化。最后对实际车型冷凝器的计算,达到了较好的设计结果。 Based on characteristic of vehicle air condition's condenser, parallel flow condenser's mathematic model is set up, performance evaluate parameter considering both heat exchanger's volume and flow resistance is built. Genetic algorithm is also introduced into the structure optimization of parallel flow condenser. The structure parameter is transformed into chromosome of genetic algorithm. Optimization work is carried out by the evaluation of the group. This method is taken on the certain vehicle's condenser and a good result is reached.
