后牙食物嵌塞症的治疗及临床特点分析 被引量:35

摘要 目的观察用复合树脂充填加调的方法治疗后牙食物嵌塞症的临床效果,并探讨食物嵌塞的临床特点。方法选择临床确诊为食物嵌塞症的病例124人共137例嵌塞部位,按接触区间隙存在的特点分为静止型食物嵌塞与运动型食物嵌塞,分别采用树脂充填及调的方法进行治疗,记录术前牙周与牙体情况,术后1周与6月复查食物嵌塞情况。结果静止型食物嵌塞103例,运动型食物嵌塞34例。治疗前嵌塞部位龋均及牙周炎症指数明显高于对照侧。治疗后1周嵌塞症状完全消失115例,占83.9%;明显好转22例,占16.1%。术后6月复诊:嵌塞症状完全消失120例,占87.6%;明显好转17例,占12.4%。结论多数食物嵌塞症通过树脂充填与调方法可以取得良好的效果。 Objective To observe the effects of treatment of food impaction(FI) by composite resin restoration and occlusal adjustment and to discuss its clinical features. Methods A total of 124 patients( 137 sites) with food impaction were selected and classified into two types. Type 1 Static food impaction(sFI) was treated mainly by light-curing composite resin restoration, type 2 kinetic food impaction(kFI) was treated by occlusal adjustment. Proximal caries and periodontal conditions were recorded. One week and 6 months after the treatment, the patients were re-examined. Results There were 103 sites in sFI and 34 in kFI The mean DFT and periodontal index of the food impaction sites were more severe than that of the control sites. One week after treatment, food impaction disappeared in 115 sites(83. 9% ), markedly mended in 22 sites( 16. 1% ). Six months after treatment, 120 sites(87. 6% ) showed no food impaction, 17 sites ( 12.4% ) improved. Conclusion Most food impaction can be effectively treated with combined use of composite resin restoration and occlusal adjustment.
