粉煤灰对硬化浆体表面氯离子浓度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过掺粉煤灰硬化浆体在一定浓度氯盐溶液中的浸泡试验,研究了其氯离子扩散系数和表面氯离子浓度随时间的变化规律以及粉煤灰对其氯离子扩散系数和表面氯离子浓度的影响.结果表明,硬化浆体表面氯离子浓度是一个逐渐平衡的过程,与时间成指数关系,这与Lin,Arora等人的研究结果相符;粉煤灰对硬化浆体抗氯离子渗透性存在正负效应,粉煤灰的掺入虽能降低硬化浆体的氯离子扩散系数,但却增大了硬化浆体表面氯离子平衡浓度;硬化浆体表面氯离子浓度(cf)与粉煤灰掺量(wFA)的关系为:cf=a′+b.wdFA. The hardened paste with different fly ash dosages immersed in sodium chloride solution was studied. The relationship between chloride ion diffusion coefficient, chloride ion concentration on hardened paste surface and the test time is researched. The influence of the fly ash on the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the chloride concentration on hardened paste surface is also analyzed. The test results indicate that the chloride ion concentration on hardened paste surface develops gradually with time and has the exponential relationship, and this is in accord with the reserch result of Lin,Arora, et al. The fly ash has the positive and negative effect: though the chloride ion diffusion coefficient is reduced, but the equipoise concentration is increased. Chloride ion concentration (cf) on hardened paste surface has the relationship with the fly ash replacement (ωFA):cf=a'+b·ωFA^d.
