局部应用酮洛芬凝胶治疗髌股关节骨关节炎 被引量：2

摘要 髌股关节骨关节炎（patellofemoral arthroplasty，PFOA）是中老年人常见病，是膝关节三间室骨关节炎的组成部分之一，大多数PFOA处于膝关节骨关节炎病变早期，可以局部用药治疗，但疗效不一。2．5％酮洛芬凝胶是外用非甾体消炎药，局部应用后渗入周围软组织浓度高于血浆浓度100倍。本研究观察了2．5％酮洛芬凝胶治疗PFOA的疗效、耐受性和依从性。现总结报告如下。
