摘要
基于稳态循环载荷过载迟滞不严重这一思想,利用疲劳P-Sa-Sm-N曲面及疲劳概率Miner累积损伤理论估算疲劳可靠寿命;根据线弹性断裂力学原理导出了稳态循下断裂P-Sa-Sm-N曲面公式及断裂概率Miner公式,用以估自然断裂可靠寿命。最后,给出了直升机动部件可靠寿命估算实例。
Because of no overload delay effection under the steady cyclic load, the fatigue reliable life of the components is estimated with the use of the fatigue P-S a-S m-N surface and the fatigue probabilitic Miner rule. On the basis of the fracture principle and Walker formula, the equation of the fracture P-S a-S m-N surface and the fracture probabilitic Miner rule are derived. By means of the fracture P-S a-S m-N surface and the fracture probabilitic Miner, the fracture reliable life may be estimated. Finally, an example that the fatigue/fracture reliable life of the motive components on the helicopter are estimated by these method is given.
