摘要
本文着重介绍了凝聚式过滤器的开发、设计及与空气压缩机厂原有产品在性能上的区别。新的凝聚式过滤器用丝网除沫器和精滤芯代替了原有的陶瓷管堆积过滤和毛毡过滤法，实现了对压缩空气进行切向进气和离心分离，从而提高了凝聚式过滤器的过滤性能。
This paper mainly introduces the development, design of agglomerate filter, compares the difference in performance with the exsiting products of the factory. In the LN type agglomerat- e filter, the ceramic canal accumulating filter and blanket filter are substituted by wire mesh mist eliminator and fine filter dement, the compessing air is implemented tangential air intake and centrifugal separation, and so approved the filte performance of the agglomerate filter.
