组织内部歧视现象研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着组织中歧视引发的问题的不断出现,越来越多的企业开始关注组织内歧视。本文综合国内外歧视的研究,具体阐述了组织中的歧视类型、歧视现象、歧视后果并提出了相应的消除歧视的建议,以期为我国企业实践中歧视问题的解决提供某种借鉴。
