摘要
创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,创新决定着国家和民族的发展进程。随着社会的进步和发展,科技创新已成为各国市场竞争的焦点。企业作为自主创新的主体,加快科学技术发展,提高自主创新能力,已是增强综合国力和竞争实力的迫切需要。目前我国企业自主创新能力还存在着多种多样的问题,其成因也是多方面的。如我国企业由于缺乏自主创新意识,未形成有利于创新的社会环境和内部环境,影响了企业员工自主创新积极性,导致了科技人才的流失;由于知识产权保护和管理意识薄弱,致使科技成果被严重低估,被无偿转让,甚至许多专利在境外被抢注,即使是成功的自主创新也很难获得较好的效益……这些因素大大挫伤了企业自主创新的激情,严重制约了我国企业自主创新能力的培育。提高我国企业自主创新能力,应借鉴发达国家的成功经验与做法,结合我国企业的实际情况,从社会和企业两个方面采取切实有效的对策和措施。
Innovation is very important for a country＇s development and prosperity. With the development and progress of society, enterprises should improve their autonomous innovation capacity, but there are many problems in this respect with different causes, such as the brain drain, weak consciousness in intellectual property protection,etc.Thus,the autonomous innovation capacity in China＇s enterprises is greatly reduced, and the cultivation of the capacity is hard to be accomplished. To improve the autonomous innovation capacity in China＇s enterprises, we should learn from the successful experience in advanced countries, and the experience should be combined to the current situation in the enterprises, so that effective measures should be taken to solve the problems.
