摘要
本文研究了以SnC l4为催化剂,以草酸和正丁醇为原料,在微波辐射下合成草酸二丁酯的方法。通过实验得出最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为3.5∶1,催化剂用量为总投料量的2%,微波辐射功率为480W,在此条件下取得了较好的收率。
The paper reported a method of dibutyl oxalate synthesis: using stannic chloride as a catalyst, dibutyl oxalate is synthesized from oxalic acid and n - butanol by microwave radiation. The optimal conditions are as follows: molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 3.5:1; mass ratio of catalyst is 2% ; power of microwave is 480W; Under the optimal conditions, the yield of diethyl oxalate is high.
