摘要 本文以尿囊素、甲醛为原料,在酸性条件下合成了咪唑烷基脲并进行了中试.研究了通过减压浓缩、乙醇析晶和返混真空干燥三步处理使咪唑烷基脲的干燥温度从70℃降低到60℃,大大改善了产品的质量.同时也较大程度提高了产能,减小劳动强度和能耗,从而降低了生产成本. This article investigated the technology of synthetic imidazolidinyl urea under the acidic property condition with allantoin and formaldehyde as its materials, and the method was applied satisfactorily to the pilot process. Three optimize processes have decreased the drying temperature from 70℃ to 60℃ and have improved the final product's quality remarkably, which are vacuum concentration, ethanol crystallization and backmixing vacuum-drying. At the same time, lower cost has been reached by improving production capacity, decreasing labor intensity and energy consumption.
