摘要
以水为溶剂,乙醇为沉淀剂,提取分离了均一性的黄芪多糖。采用凝胶层析法测得各级分多糖的分子量,Schulz-Dinlinger习惯法求得其分子量分布曲线。使用分光光度计,以浊度滴定法及修正的Elias公式,研究了多糖溶液的H条件,H温度为20±0.02℃,H溶剂为V水:V丙酮=69.93:30.07。利用乌氏粘度计,依次稀释法测得各级分的特性粘度,建立Mark-Houwink方程[η]=5.75×10-3M0.45。
he homo-geneity astragalus membranceus polysaccharide was extracted and separeted by using the water as solvent, ethanol as precipitant. The molecular weight of polysaccharide was achieved by using sephadex G-75 gel analysis, and the distriluted diagram curve of the molecular lveight was got by the schulz-Dinlinger. The condition: centigrade was 20±0.02℃ dolvent was VH2O:Vactoen=69.93:30.07. was base on using spectropolarimetre. heterometric titration and the revised elias fomular with U-viscusimetre the classified nature of its viscosity was got by cliute analysis in praper order and Mark-Houwink formular =5.75×10-3M0.42 was that chielved.
