摘要
目的:探讨包机转运汶川地震伤员转诊处置的运作模式。方法:通过对包机转运的汶川地震伤员转诊处置的总结与分析。结果:在广州白云国际机场,民航广州医院(白云机场急救中心)与广东省卫生厅以及省内多家医院一起,对677名重伤员成功进行医疗转运。结论:协助转诊各单位、各部门进行详细分工、熟悉转诊程序;多家医院接诊有利于整合资源,优势互补,提高接诊效率。
Objective： To explore the operation mode of transferring medical treatment of patients coming from disaster area WENCHUAN by Charter flight. Methods： By analyzing the procedure of medical transport of patients coming from disaster area WENCHUAN by Charter flight. Results： all of the 677 patients were successfully transported to the destination. Conclusion： Help Hospitals which received patients to distribute tasks rationally and know the procedure of transferring medical treatment well; Many Hospitals being united to rescue had advantages on integrating medical resources and improving efficiency.
