摘要
介绍了一种将焊接技术与快速成形的分层累加原理相结合的直接金属快速制造技术。根据所采用热源的类型和成形原理,对三维堆焊直接金属快速制造技术进行了分类,并分析了各自的特点和研究现状。提出了需要进一步深入研究的关键问题。
A direct metal rapid manufacturing technology, which integrates welding with the layer by layer method of rapid proto- typing, was introduced. 3D welding based rapid manufacturing systems were classified with heat source and building principle, and the characters and developments of each class were analyzed. The key problems need to be farther research were presented.
