摘要
在数控代码编程中,使用循环程序可以实现参数化编程,达到事半功倍的效果。复杂精密模架加工过程中,数控编程是主要难题之一。笔者对GDS07全数字总线式数控系统的循环编程进行了探索,编制了一套循环程序库,该程序库集成了键槽、锥形键槽、直推杆锁紧倒孔、槽拐角、分布孔、单元旋转等加工功能,并成功地将其应用于精密模架加工。
When programming NC code with cycle program, the parameterized programming can be got easily. One of the main obstacles to complex precise die carrier machining is NC programming. The cycle program of GDS07 was explored, which is a digital bus based high end CNC system. This technique was applied to manufacture complex precise die carriers successfully.
