玉米秸皮浆与改性秸穰混合抄纸的研究 被引量:3

摘要 烧碱-蒽醌玉米秸皮浆中加入改性玉米秸穰后,除对浆白度和返黄值稍有不利影响外,大大改善了浆的其他性能,尤其表现在浆的强度性能方面。当浆中改性玉米秸穰含量为50%时,抗张指数、耐破指数达到最大值,与原浆相比,分别增加了121.20%和113.40%;耐折度的改善更加明显,耐折次数增加了23倍;撕裂指数的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在改性玉米秸穰含量为30%时,撕裂指数达到最大值,与原浆相比增加了28.87%。 By combination of modified core of corn stalks with alkaline-anthraquinone chemical pulp from corn stalk hull, the property of pulp was considerably improved, especially strength property, as compared to the original pulp except for that there was some slight unfavorable influence in brightness and colour reversion value. The tensile index and burst index of paper reached the maximum values, increased by 121.20% and 113.40% respectively when the content of the modified corn stalk core 50%, the improvement on folding endurance was more obvious with the folding times increased by 23 times and the increase of tearing index rose at the beginning and then went down with the tearing index reaching maximum at the content of 30%, increased by 28.87%.
