TRAIL与器官移植排斥反应相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 TRAIL为近年来发现的能够介导细胞凋亡的信号分子之一.凋亡信号的传递无论对移植物耐受还是排斥都发挥着极其重要的作用.TRAIL及其受体表达与移植后排斥反应存在相关性.本文总结了目前对TRAIL及其受体在移植免疫方面的研究,现有研究结果表明TRAIL在某些器官移植免疫耐受方面有积极作用,它可能成为治疗器官移植排斥反应的新型药物.
