摘要
根据1996年铁路货车连续发生两起RD2车轴轴颈卸荷槽部折断,造成冷切事故,结合该轴检修中发现轴颈卸荷槽部早期发生裂纹较多的情况,通过计算分析,证明RD2车轴轴颈卸荷槽部强度薄弱,该处应作为轮对探伤的重点,并提出了加强探伤、解决探伤中存在问题的措施。
Based on the two continuous cold cut accidents which were caused by the breaking of load relief grooves in the RD 2 axle journals on freight cars in 1996,combined with many cracks which were found earlier in the load relief grooves in the RD 2 axle journals during inspection,through calculation and analysis,the strength of load relief grooves in the RD 2 axle journals is proved to be weak,and those parts should be regarded as focal points for wheel flaw detection.Measures are put forward to strengthen flaw detection and solve problems existing in flaw detection.
