摘要
新建地方高校在校园文化建设方面存在的主要问题有:校园文化价值取向具有较强的功利性、校园文化品位较低、校园文化建设投入不足、校园文化建设的封闭性,而造成这种状况的有客观的历史与社会原因以及主观的认识与实践的原因。
As for new local universities, problems exist in the course of campus culture development are mainly as follows： benefits-oriented, unsatisfactory quality, insufficient investment, and isolation from the outside. There are both historical and social reasons, which are objective, also there are reasons that are subjective, involving recognition and practice.
