摘要
西藏林芝素有"西藏江南"之称,拥有极为丰富、独特的旅游资源,发展旅游业具有得天独厚的优势。近年来,林芝地区依托其资源优势,大力发展旅游产业,取得了丰硕的成果。但随着林芝旅游产业的逐渐发展,尤其是青藏铁路的通车运营,林芝旅游环境发生了剧烈的变化,使得林芝旅游业在旅游产品、基础设施、旅游人才和旅游企业等方面存在着突出问题。因此,林芝旅游产业必须整合资源、突出特色发展休闲旅游业以及组建旅游企业集团等创新发展的对策以应对旅游业在新形势下的发展。
Linzhi in Tibet known as ＂Tibet＇s Jiang-nan＂ ,And there are extremely rich and unique tourism resources in linzhi, So, there are some unique advantages for the development of tourism. In recent years, the tourism industry relying on its advantages in resources in linzhi region has been developed and achieved fruitful results. However, with the progressive development of the tourism industry in linzhi and especially the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet railway operators, drastic changes about tourism environment in linzhi have taken place. It makes the tourism industry in linzhi be a prominent issue such as tourism products, infrastructure, tourism professionals and tourism enterprises. In this context, some countermeasures of innovative development are raised for the tourism industry in linzhi such as integrating resources, highlighting the characteristics of the development of leisure and tourism group and setting up tourism enterprises to cope with the development in the new situation.
