摘要
应用自行研制的压电传感器,实时监测免疫球蛋白(IgG)在传感器金电极表面的吸附过程,研究了蛋白质浓度、吸附时间等因素的作用。结合Sauerbrey方程和Langmuir方程,对吸附过程进行表征,推算IgG在金电极表面的吸附速率常数ka=0.057 m3.kg-1.s-2、解析常数kd=0.000 42 s-2。
The absorption process of immunoglobulin (IgG) on the gold electrode of piezoelectric sensor was monitored in real time. The effect of IgG concentration and deposition time on the absorption process was investigated. The Sauerbrey and Langmuir equations were used to characterize the absorption process. The result indicates that the adsorption constant of IgG was ka = 0. 057 m3· kg^-1·s^-2 and the desorption constant was kd=0. 000 42 s-2.
