摘要
试验研究了利用冬闲水田生产的意大利黑麦草（Lolium multiflorum）作为青饲料对肉鹅和兔的增重效果。25d的养兔试验结果表明，利用黑麦草代替当地传统模式中采用的野生杂草作为青饲料能够极显著（P〈0．01）增加兔的增重速度。24d的养鹅试验表明，当地只给肉鹅投喂精饲料的传统模式，采用黑麦草作为鹅的青饲料使其平均增重提高了19．2％；在提供足量黑麦草的前提下适当减少鹅的精饲料用量有利于改善鹅的饲料结构，提高黑麦草的增重效应。
Effects of feeding meat goose and rabbit with Italian ryegrass which was cultivated in winter fallow paddy field were investigated. The feeding rabbits experiment which lasted for 25 days showed that, feeding Italian ryegrass instead of traditionally used wild grass could significantly （P〈0.01） elevate the weight of rabbits. 24-day-long feeding geese experiment indicated that compared to traditional way in which no feeder green was provided, feeding geese with ryegrass as the feeder green improved the weight increasing by 19.2%. When sufficient ryegrass was provided, cut down an appropriate part of feeders could elevate the increasing effects of Italian ryegrass through improving the dietary pattern of geese.
