摘要
通过对刀齿啮合关系的研究,针对机车牵引齿轮的应用和加工工艺特点,对东风6机车牵引齿轮磨前滚刀齿形进行了优化设计,并可用计算机画出滚刀齿形和齿轮齿形。
This research report presents the optimized design of the profileof the hob used before grinding for the traction gear in DF6, locomotivethrough study of the engagement relation of the hob teeth to the gearteeth,which is directed against the machining and applications of tractiongears for locomotives. The profiles of both the hob and the gear can beplotted by computer.
