摘要
增强基层公安队伍的凝聚力是构建和谐社会对公安机关的客观要求,也是"三基"工程建设的重要内容。影响基层公安队伍凝聚力的主要因素有:公安领导者的影响力、普通民警的思想道德修养、思想政治工作的方法与效果、考核与激励机制等。增强基层公安队伍凝聚力需要公安机关领导和广大民警共同努力。
It is the objective requirement for public security organs to strengthen cohesive force during the construction of harmonious society, and it is an important content of the policing primary project as well. There are many factors which affect the cohesion of police at the basic level, such as the influence of leader, the accomplishment of ordinary police, the methods and results of ideological work, the mechanism of examination and encouragement. The leaders and ordinary policemen must try their best in order to strengthen cohesive force of police at the basic level.
