摘要
关系契约是近年来经济学与管理学领域一个新的研究焦点,但在旅行社人力资源管理中还未曾涉及关系契约的研究。文章首先解释关系契约概念,阐明了关系契约引入的现实背景;接着探讨了关系契约在旅行社人力资源管理中的影响;最后提出了在旅行社人力资源管理中可运用关系契约自我实施中的道德机制、声誉机制、外部规范机制进行治理的观点。
In recent years, relational contracts has become a kind of new focus in economics and management field, but relevant researches on human resources management in travel agency are still insufficient. This paper explains the concept of relational contracts and introduces its background, and then discusses the impact of relational contracts on human resources management in travel agency, and finally presents the view on how to manage human resources in travel agency by using the moral mechanism, reputation mechanism, external standard mechanism of relational contracts.
