摘要
通过对E5018焊条配方的优化设计和理化性能试验,探讨了其熔渣碱度及焊缝金属中Mn、Si含量和Mn/Si值,对焊缝金属低温冲击韧性的影响规律。当熔渣碱度约为2.1,焊缝金属中ω(Mn)=1.42%-1.48%,ω(Si)=0.38%-0.48%和Mn/Si值大于3.5时,焊缝金属可获得较高和稳定的低温冲击韧性值。
In optmizing design and property tests of welding electrode E5018 ,influence of slag basicity, content of element Mn and Si as well as Mn/Si ratio in weld metal on low temperature impact toughness of the weld metal was investigated. The results indicate that when basicity is about 2.1 ,Mn content is 1.42% -1.48% ,Si content is 0.38% - 0.48% and Mn/Si 〉 3.5, the low temperature impact toughness of the weld metal will be relatively high and stable.
