清代黑龙江地区的官吏铨选颇富特色,官吏铨选以军功、世袭、渐次提升或选充侍卫,与内地的科举取士大不相同。
Officials elected in Heilongjiang had their own features during the Qing Dynasty. They were gradually elected by military merit, hereditary, or were elected as bodyguards. These were quite different from the imperial system in the inland.
