乳腺浸润性导管癌的超声表现与病理及Id3mRNA表达关系的研究

摘要 目的初步探讨Id3mRNA表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)超声表现之间的关系。方法应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测36例IDC样本中Id3mRNA的表达,并与IDC超声表现对照分析。结果Id3mRNA在正常组织中的表达低于癌组织(P<<0.01)。IDC超声表现为毛刺征、周边导管扩张者Id3mRNA均呈高表达(P<0.01)。结论IDC声像图表现与病理组织学变化密切相关。IDC的二维超声征象可在一定程度上反应Id3mRNA的表达水平。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the ultrasonic appearance of the breast infiltrating ductal carcinomas(IDC) and the expression level of Id3mRNA. Methods The real - time fluorescent quantitative RT- PCR (RT- PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of Id3mRNA in 36 IDC. The results were compared with the ultrasonic features of IDC. Results The expression of Id3mRNA was lower in normal tissues than that in carcinoma tissue (P 〈 0.01), Id3mRNA had high expression in tissue with ultrasonic appearance of spiculate margin and peripheral duct extension( P 〈 0,01 ). Conclusion Ultrasonic appearance is closely related to pathology in IDC. The expression level of Id3mRNA can be assessed according to ultrasonic features of IDC in a certain extent.
