摘要
目的探讨直肠脱垂疾病的最佳治疗方法。方法我院自2000年10月～2006年10月以来对39例直肠脱垂病例,在"注射法"治疗直肠脱垂的基础上,利用自制直肠支架管支撑技术进行治疗。结果本组患者全部治愈,无并发症发生。结论注射支撑术治疗直肠脱垂,是一种操作简单、并发症少、疗效满意的治疗方式,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the optimal methods of the treatment for proctoptosis（ RP）. Methods We have treated 39 patients of RP in our hospital from 2000 Oct to 2006 Oct. The method is that after injection-method treatment,the patients were given a further treatment of placing a self-made pipe-ship supporting frame into the rectum. Results All of the patients were cured and no complications occurred. Conclusion The technique of injection-method combined with placing rectum supporting frame for the treatment of RP is an effective and easy technique with little complications.
