摘要
运输成本费用指数是研究运价与物价相关性的一个重要方面。本文在引入物量指数概念的基础上，探讨铁路运输成本费用指数体系和计算方法，将影响运输成本费用的价格因素和非价格因素区别开来，扩大了运输成本费用指数的应用范围，对外可用于调整运价，对内可用于控制成本。
The index of railway transportation cost is an important aspect to study the relativity between the transportation tariff and the commodity price.By introducing the concept of “material quantity index”,the article explores the index system and the index calculating method.The price influential factors and the non price influential factors are divided,the applied range of railway transportation cost index is enlarged.It can be used for adjusting the external transportation tariff and controlling the internal transportation cost,and the index calculating method of railway transportation cost is carried forward.
