摘要
为了确保煤矿安全生产,防止由于电火花引起的煤尘、瓦斯爆炸事故,从煤矿井下照明、电缆连接、井下电缆选用、矿用发爆器的问题,探讨如何避免电火花的产生。建议推广使用矿用本质安全型照明灯具,试验表明,使用矿用本质安全型照明灯具,当玻璃罩被打碎或向其供电的电缆短路,均不会产生电火花,也不会引起煤尘、瓦斯爆炸。并提出建议修改《煤矿安全规程》部分条款。
In order to ensure the mine safety production and to prevent the coal dust and gas explosion accidents occurred by electric spark, the paper discussed how to eliminate the electric spark occurred from the mine underground illuminations, electric cable connection, underground electric cable selection and mine exploders. The paper proposed the application of the mine intrinsic safe illumination device. The test showed that when the coverglass was broken and the electric cable was short - circuit, the mine intrinsic safe illumination device would not cause the electric spark, the coal dust explosion or gas explosion. The paper had a proposal to revise some parts of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
