摘要
介绍了沪宁线提速工作的实践及其对我国铁路发展的重大意义，并对进一步确立实施全面提速的战略地位、提速战略目标的确定和细化、快速列车开行比例和速度定位、建立分等级的提速设备更新改造标准和规范、建立适应全面提速的管理体制和运行机制等问题进行了思考。
The practice of speed-raising of the Shanghai-Nanjing Railway Line and its important significance for promoting the Chinese railways are introduced. The problem how to identify the strategic position, goals of the speed raised railway lines, the proportion of all kinds of speed raised trains, all facilities and the standard of their renewing are discussed. The paper also considers setting up a managerial system suitable to the speed raised railway lines and its operation regulations.
