摘要
选取2002～2004年山西10个城市的相关数据，利用OLS回归方法，建立了山西EDI的技术溢出效应模型，得出了其EDI的技术溢出效应为正的结论，并分析了正效应力度较小的制约因素，最后提出了积极提升山西EDI的技术溢出效应的策略。
The relevant data from the year of 2002-2004 in ten cities of Shanxi were selected and a model of technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment （FDI） in Shanxi Province was established using OLS Regression analysis. Then it drew a conclusion that technology spillover effect of FDI was positive in Shanxi. At the same time, the restriction factors of the small positive effect were analyzed. Finally, the author proposed the strategies to upgrade the technology spillover effect of FDI in Shanxi.
