信用证是国际贸易不断深化与飞速相结合的产物。随着全球贸易竞争的日趋激烈和人们对交易效率的不断追求,电子信用证在国际贸易中的重要地位日益明显。在国际贸易结算中有广泛的应用。
The electronic letter of credit is the result of the constant development of the international trade. As the more and more violent competition of the global trade and the people＇s constant seek for the trade efficiency, the electronic letter of credit plays an important role in international trade day by day, and is widely used in the account settlement of the international trade.
