摘要
对PTT针织面料的透气性、透湿性及导湿性等舒适性能进行了测试与评价.结果表明,PTT针织面料的舒适性能明显优于PET针织物;不同原料、不同组织结构的PTT针织物的综合舒适性能从优到劣的次序为:PTT/PET长丝纬平针,PTT长丝与棉添纱衬垫,PTT长丝双层集圈,PTT/PET长丝与棉/PTT平针衬垫,PTT短纤双罗纹,PTT棉//羊绒双罗纹.
PTT knitted fabrics comfort properties of air permeability, moisture permeability and moisture conductivity were tested and evaluated. The results show that: The comfort properties of PTT knitted fabrics is much better than that of PET; The ranking of comprehensive comfort properties of PTT knitted fabrics with different materials and structures from excellent to poor is-PTT/PET filament weft plain stitch, PTT filament and cotton plating laying-in stitch, PTT filament double tuck stitch, PTT/PET filament and cotton/PTT plain laying-in stitch, PTT staple interlock stitch, PTT/cotton/cashmere interlock stitch.
