高血压患者氧化型低密度脂蛋白自身抗体和高敏C反应蛋白的检测及临床意义

摘要 目的观察高血压患者氧化型低密度脂蛋白自身抗体(Ab-ox-LDL)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CBP)的浓度变化及其与高血压的相关关系。方法选取高血压病人89例(高血压组),健康者40例(对照组),应用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测血清中Ab-ox-LDL含量,同时测定hs-CRP浓度,比较2组指标的差异性,并对hs-CRP、Ab-ox-LDL分别与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)进行相关性检验。结果高血压组与对照组各检验指标均差异显著(P<0.01),Ab-ox-LDL与SBP、DBP,hs-CRP与SBP、DBP均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论高血压的发生除多种因素参与外,还与Ab-ox-LDL密切相关。
