摘要
报告一种最高位颈内静脉穿刺置管测量中心静脉压的新的颈内静脉穿刺入路。该进针点在下颌角后1cm下1～1.5cm处，即颈动脉三角顶点。经50例临床实践体会具有体表标志清楚，穿刺技术容易掌握，能避免误穿动脉产生血肿、血胸、气胸等并发症。
A new method 'the very high approach' to internal jugular vein catherterization in theneck for CVP measurement was reported by the author. The site of needle insertion is 1 cm behindand 1 to 1. 5 cm below the angle of the lower mandible, just at the apex of the carotid artery triangle.It proved to be easy to learn because of the clear superficial Landmark, and without complication suchas hemotoma induced by carotid artery puncture, hemothorax and pneumothorax etc occurred.
