摘要
目的观察促愈汤对混合痔术后肛门局部疼痛和水肿的临床疗效。方法采用开放、随机对照试验方法,将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组术后均常规处理,治疗组术后24h加服中药促愈汤7d。通过量化评分,观察两组在术后48h、72h、7d的疼痛和水肿的变化情况。结果治疗组在术后72h、7d时肛门局部疼痛和水肿积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且在观察期间无不良反应。结论促愈汤能有效改善混合痔术后疼痛和水肿。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Cuyu Decoction＂ in the treatment of postoperative local pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods An open randomized controlled trial was performed. Thirty subjects in treatment group received ＂Cuyu Decoction＂ and routine treatment after hemorrhoidectomy, and another 30 cases in control group were simply given routine treatment. The symptoms of pain and edema were scored respectively at 48h, 72h and 7 days after hemorrhoidectomy. Results After treatment, the symptom scores of pain and edema in treatment group were lower than those in control group at 72h and 7 days after bemorrhoidectomy （P〈0.01-0.05）; and no side effects were found in treatment group. Conclusion ＂Cuyu Decoction＂ can effectively improve postoperative pain and edema.
