摘要
为了保证开清棉工序的产品质量和生产效率,对开清棉流程各部棉箱以及各单机机械运转效率采取了系统的控制,根据产量决定效率、效率决定工艺的总体原则,加强了工艺改进,取得了良好的效果。
To guarantee opening and scutching quality and efficiency, system control has been adopted by all the hoppers and single machines in opening and scutching process. The opening and scutching process is strengthened, on the principle of output determing efficiency and efficiency deciding technology, to improve the efficiency and good results achieved.
