摘要
提出了S弯进气道中旋流模拟的一个新方法,即叶片模拟技术。通过调节进气道进口附近的可转动叶片,可使管道出口截面上旋流流动大小和方向发生变化,甚至出现反向旋转的固体涡。实验研究表明:利用可调叶片的旋流模拟技术可以较好地模拟发动机进口的有旋流动,为进气道/发动机的性能匹配研究提供一些技术基础。
A new method, called a rotating blade swirl generator, is presented in the paper.The blade is a kind of NACA0012 airfoils with the chord being 50mm and the thickness being 3mm, which is located along the centraline of the first bend near the entry. The blade can be rotated with an axis in the range from 0°to 15°angle of blade. The measurements show that the simu1ator produces the desired cr0ss f1ows with clockwise or even anti-clockwise solid body rotation. Further studies are still necessory on the construction of a mathernatica1 model and relevant numerica1 calculation of this swirling flows.
