摘要
通过试验考察了丙烯酸盐喷膜防水材料的拉伸性能与厚度的关系以确定其最佳施工厚度;研究不同放置时间对丙烯酸盐喷膜防水材料拉伸强度的影响,为混凝土二衬的施作时间提供理论依据;对防水膜进行压缩试验,以期为后续研究提供必要的参数;并通过模拟衬砌压力,掌握防水膜夹在初支与二衬间受力后的形态变化规律。
This article details the study on mechanical properties of spray acrylate waterproofing material, including 1) relationship between tensile strength and thickness of sprayed membrane to determine optimum thickness, 2) effect of storage period of the material on tensile strength, providing the basis for choosing appropriate time for secondary lining, 3) compression test of the membrane to gain useful parameters for further study, 4) understand how to change shapes of the membrane positioned between primary and secondary linings by means Of simulating pressure exerted on the lining.
