摘要
急冷箱是加氢反应器重要内构件之一。在对国内引进的联合油型急冷箱结构剖析的基础上,开发研究出结构独特的BL型急冷箱。在专用的加氢反应器内构件试验装置上,将BL型急冷箱与联合油型急冷箱进行对比试验。结果表明,BL型急冷箱的混合传质性能及混合传热性能优于联合油型急冷箱。
Quench box is one of an important component in hydrogen reactor. BL type quench box which is particular in its structure has been developed on the basis of analysis on UOP type quench box. Comparison was made between BL type quench box and UOP type quench box through the experimental study on a special internal test unit of hydrogenated reactor. The test results show that BL type quench box is better than UOP type quench box in mass transfer and heat transfer.
