摘要
以山东省章丘市土地整理项目为例,构建平原地区土地整理综合效益评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并运用线性加权求和模型评价章丘市土地整理综合效益。评价结果表明:土地整理项目总体上比较成功,经济效益完满实现,社会效益有一定程度的体现,生态效益相对滞后。最后,提出几点相关建议。
This paper studies the land consolidation in Zhangqiu city, establishes an indexes system to assess the comprehensive benefit of plain land consolidation by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight and a sum model with a successful land consolidation project. Achievement in economy and society has been embodied, but not in ecology. This paper provides some suggestions to improve the land consolidation.
