摘要
师生交往对女中学生的社会技能、自我意识、学业成绩和心理健康等均有重要的影响。调查显示,目前女中学生师生交往过程中存在的问题主要有:师生交往范围狭窄、频度低;师生交往的情感性因素匮乏;女中学生对教师的信任度低;女中学生主体性发挥不够;女中学生交往自我效能感低。
Teacher - student interactions can be of impact on girl students in middle school in terms of social skills, self- consciousness, performance in study, and psychological health. Surveys have showed that, currently, among girl students in middie school, the problems of teacher- student interactions mainly include the following: teachers and students interact with a limited scale and a low frequency; teachers and students interact without enough emotionality; girl students have low confi- dence with the teachers; girl students do not behave as subjects; girl students' self- efficacy is low.
