摘要
针对不同的廒间内部不同空调布置方式,利用CFD(流体计算技术)技术,采用标准K-ε模型对廒间内部大空间气流组织的非稳定特性进行数值计算研究。计算结果表明:采用空调不对称分布的模型温度场均匀度优于空调对称分布的模型,并且空调不对称分布的空调仓内气流扰动较大,换热效果较好。通过这项研究显示了CFD技术在研究空调仓温度场和速度场分布的强大功效,从而可以选用更好的空调布置方式,使低温储粮的效果更好。
The transient characters of airflow distribution in big space are simulated by CFD methods based on K -ε model and according to different distribution of air condition in warehouse, The results showed that the air temperature uniformity with the air condition asymmetric distribution is better than the symmetric distributed one. At t^e same time the air turbulence is larger and the heat exchange efficiency is better than when the air con^titions are distributed symmetrically . This study shows the strong efficiency of CFD methods in temperature field and velocity field of warehouse with air condition, and we could achieve good results of grain low-temperature storage by choosing different distribution of air condition.
