摘要 在飞机复合材料零件设计中,基于CAD系统的设计复合材料,存在制造变形问题与复杂曲面的铺层展开形状难以确定的问题,通过基于CATIA的大曲面复合材料结构设计,铺层设计的同时就考虑铺层在复杂曲面上的展开形状,从而避免了复合材料存在潜在的制造变形和材料浪费问题。 In design of aircraft component made of composite material, the problems of fabrication distortion and uncertainty of the unfolding shape of the speading with complex camber that coincides with the speading boundary exist in design of composite material component based on CAD system. In structure design of large camber composite material based on CATIA, the unfolding shape of the speading on the complex camber is considered while the speading is being designed, thereby the problems of potential fabrication distortion of the composite material as well as waste of material can be avoided.
