摘要
目的:考察当代研究生的情绪调节的认知策略的方式。方法:采用认知情绪调节问卷(CERQ)对北京市三所高校的533名在校硕士生、博士生进行集体问卷调查。结果:①研究生在遇到负性生活事件之后,使用频率最高的情绪调节的认知策略排在前三位的依次为重新关注计划、积极重新评价和换角度思考;②不同性别的研究生在灾难化这一情绪调节的认知策略的使用上具有显著性差异;③不同年级的研究生情绪调节的认知策略的使用在自我责难和反思维度上具有显著性差异。结论:在遇到负性生活事件之后,研究生普遍能够运用积极的认知策略来调节自己的情绪;男生比女生更多运用灾难化策略;硕士研究生比博士研究生更频繁运用自我责难和反思的策略。
Objective: To investigate the cognitive emotion regulation strategies of the graduate students. Methods: 533 graduate students from three colleges in Beijing completed the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (CERQ). Results: ①After encountering negative events in everyday life, the strategies they frequently used were refocusing on planning, positive reappraisal and considering the matter from another angle. ②There was significant difference between different sex of students in the dimensions of catastrophizing.③There were significant differences between the students in different grades in the dimensions of self-blame and rumination. Conclusion: In face of negative life events, the graduate students can generally use positive strategies to regular their emotion, male students use the strategy of catastrophizing more than female students, and among different grades, the post-graduate frequently use the strategies of self-blame and rumination more than the doctoral candidates.
