摘要
在综述康保县北关村循环经济发展现状的基础上,阐述了北关村发展循环经济所采取的具体措施,同时也说明了循环经济在康保县社会主义新农村建设中所起的重要作用。
On the basis of the review of recycling economy development status in Beiguan Village of Kangbao County, concrete measures for the recycling economy development in Beiguan Village were expatiated. Meanwhile, it was proved that the recycling economy played an important role in the socialism new countryside construction in Kangbao County.
