摘要
从实际应用出发,对比分析了保证出力的定义及其实际计算处理方式,探讨了保证出力在水库调度中的意义,并建议在水库优化调度多目标可行域解集中,按保证出力的定义来寻求最优解。以三峡梯级为例,比较了两种典型优化调度方案对水库运行规律的影响,指明了水电站增效的另一个方向。对水电站实际运行有普遍的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the definition and its practical treatment of firm power, discusses its significance in reservoir operation, and advises seeking optimum solution according to the definition of firm power in multi-objective feasible region solution set of optimal operation. Meanwhile, the Three Gorges cascade is taken for example, to compare reservoir operation laws of two typical optimal dispatching schemes and direct another clear way to increase efficiency, which is of universal significance to practical operation of hydropower station.
