摘要 随着我国铸造工业的高速发展,各种铸造造型线技术日新月异,但是低品质的铸件、高投资低收益、高能耗高排放的生产,环境保护方面的薄弱等诸多问题,影响了我国向铸造强国的迈进步伐。本文介绍了新型的冷芯盒工艺精密砂型造型技术,即冷芯盒无箱组芯造型线技术,论述了现代化冷芯盒工艺造型线在固定资产投资、原砂资源利用、操作维护、节能减排、环境保护等方面与传统的粘土砂造型线相比较的优越性,为树脂砂铸造车间提供一流的解决方案。 With the rapid development of foundry industry in China, all kinds of moulding line change quickly, but many problems exist, such as castings of low quality, low profit by high investment, high energy consumption and high emission, as well as environmental protection. All of these baffled the development of our country to a strong foundry country. This text introduced a new technology of cold box core and PSC (precious sand casting), i.e. cold box core package and flaskless moulding line technology. By comparison with the traditional green sand moulding line, the modem cold box core moulding line shows advantages on capital investment, sand recycling and using, operation and maintenance, energy saving and pollution reduction, environmental protection etc, This technology gives you the best solutions for resin sand workshop.
