摘要
系统研究了低温对单相流体回路的性能影响。提出了低温下辐射器防冻方案,给出了低温下系统流动阻力增加的计算结果及其对泵工作性能的影响,通过分析和试验验证解决了低温下补偿器因补偿能力不够导致的流体回路工作失效问题。
In this paper, a system-level design study is performed on the impact of single phase fluid loop under low temperature . Sever options to prevent radiator freezing are described. The computation results of system increased pressure loss during cold case and its impact on pump are presented. Finally, through analyse and test certification, the problem of accumulator failure caused by fluid low temperature is also resolved by designers.
